Not at all. Beach houses and holiday rentals on the Peninsula almost always come with house rules, close neighbours, or body corporate restrictions. We build around them. Controlled music, tighter hosting format, clean pack-down. Tell us the rules when you enquire and we'll confirm the right format for your setup.

Most Peninsula groups do a long lunch at somewhere like Montalto, Pt Leo, or Polperro and then head back to the rental for the afternoon activity. We work around your reservation. Tell us your lunch booking time and we'll schedule the waiter or life drawing class so the transition is seamless - no one is sprinting back from Red Hill to catch the HotCop at the door.

Summer Saturdays and Peninsula long weekends - especially the November and January ones - fill up fast. Six weeks ahead is the safe window for peak season. Shoulder season and midweek bookings have more flexibility. If you've got a date locked in, don't sit on it.

Two separate bookings but we coordinate both. The standard Peninsula flow is: activity or waiter from around 3pm, dinner out in Sorrento or Portsea, strip show back at the house from 9pm. Tell us the full plan when you first enquire and we'll make sure the timing works across both.

Yes. Decks, garden areas, and outdoor entertaining spaces all work well - particularly at the larger Sorrento and Portsea rentals that have the room for it. If the weather turns, we move inside and adapt. Just let us know the layout when you book.

It's actually one of the best formats for smaller, more intimate gatherings. The class scales down easily - a group of eight in a Portsea living room works just as well as a group of twenty on a Rosebud deck. Comedy-first means it brings everyone in regardless of how reserved the group is.

This is the most common Peninsula group dynamic and both services are designed for it. The life drawing class is structured enough that nobody feels put on the spot. The topless waiter is charming rather than confrontational. The conservative guests are usually the ones who end up most entertained by the end - it happens every time.

Yes. The standard package is 2 hours. Additional hours are $75/hr. Given that Peninsula afternoons have a tendency to stretch out - particularly when the deck is involved and someone opens a second bottle - it's worth flagging when you enquire so we can build it into the plan.

Not operationally. We perform in RACV Cape Schanck, Moonah Links, Jackalope, and similar Peninsula properties regularly. Hotel suite and resort bookings just need a confirmed room or function space - mention the property when you enquire and we'll confirm the logistics with you directly.

For larger groups the 90-minute combo - life drawing class plus topless waiter throughout - is the strongest single booking. It keeps everyone engaged at the same time rather than splitting the group across activities. If you want a strip show as well, that goes in the evening after dinner.
