A hens party is the Australian term for a bachelorette party, a celebration thrown for the bride before her wedding by her closest friends and family. Hens parties typically include food, drinks, themed decorations, group activities, and entertainment ranging from low-key dinners to full weekends away. The hens party is traditionally organised by the maid of honour or chief bridesmaid, and the bride is the guest of honour for the entire event.

The term "hens party" comes from British slang where "hen" was used as informal slang for a woman, often in the context of female-only social groups. The male equivalent "bucks party" follows the same animal-coded slang pattern. The terms are most common in Australia, the UK, Ireland, and New Zealand. In the US and Canada, the equivalent is called a bachelorette party.

Male strippers come from every sexual orientation. The 1-800 HOT COPS roster includes performers who identify as straight, gay, bisexual and otherwise. A performer's sexuality has no bearing on their ability to deliver a great show, and we don't list it on our profiles unless the performer chooses to. We also run a dedicated gay bucks party service for grooms-to-be.

Our standard show ends with the performer in a g-string, not fully nude. Full-nude shows are not part of our standard package and are not bookable. The 1-800 HOT COPS Comedy-First Standard means the show is built around the performance and the laugh, not the reveal. If you're after something more risqué, that conversation can happen on the booking call but full nudity is generally outside our scope.

Booking takes three steps and around five minutes. Call the hens night hotline. Brief us on the event details. Pay a one hundred dollar deposit to lock the booking in. A standard male stripper booking includes a 20-30 minute fully-choreographed show by a vetted performer, costume and music supplied, performer travel within 10km of the city CBD, a pre-show brief from your booking coordinator to the performer, and post-event support from the agency.

Topless waiter bookings include the performer for a minimum of two hours, drinks service, party games and group co-hosting. Hens life drawing classes include a 60 minute structured class, a fully-clothed performer model, and drawing materials.

Male strippers start at $350 for a Signature show or $550 for the Double. Topless waiters are $250 for Pants-On or $300 for Apron-Only with a two-hour minimum, then $75 per additional hour. Every performer on our roster passes three checks before they take a booking. The body check covers fitness, presentation and stage craft. The vibe check covers comedic timing, charisma and the ability to hold a room. The background check covers conduct off the stage. We don't sub-contract bookings out to performers we haven't vetted ourselves.

If your booked performer becomes unavailable, we'll dispatch a replacement from the active roster who matches the same brief. You'll be notified the moment we know, and the replacement performer will receive the same brief about the bride and the event. If a like-for-like replacement isn't possible and the booking can't proceed, your deposit is refunded in full.

No. A one hundred dollar deposit secures the booking. The balance is paid directly to the performer on the day of the event, in cash or via PayID. There are no platform fees, no booking surcharges, and no agency cut taken from the balance. The exception is hens life drawing classes booked at art studios, where the full amount is collected up front for venue and material coordination.

The performer is briefed on the guest list before the booking, so if the mother of the bride or older guests are attending, the show calibrates accordingly. Our shows lean cheeky, not crude. The bride gets her laugh, mum gets her glass of wine, no one gets uncomfortable.

1-800 HOT COPS operates across Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland and Western Australia. Capital city crews are based in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Gold Coast and Perth. Regional coverage includes Geelong, Ballarat, Bendigo, Shepparton, Mornington Peninsula, Yarra Valley, Newcastle, Wollongong, Byron Bay, Sunshine Coast, Toowoomba, Fremantle and Mandurah.
