Affiliate Referral Program

Partner With Australia’s Funniest Hens Party Entertainment Agency

Hey, we're 1-800 HOT COPS.
We're redefining the classic hens night by taking timeless party traditions and turning them into modern, high-end, outrageously fun entertainment experiences for brides across Australia.

If you're reading this, it's because we love what your brand brings to the bridal world and want to invite you to join our official affiliate partnership program.

The Program Is Built For Three Kinds of Partners:
Wedding venues and planners who can plug us into existing client pipelines, hens-adjacent businesses (party hire, costume, beauty, photography, hens activity venues) who can refer brides looking for entertainment, and content creators or bridal influencers who can share the brand with their audience.

This program is built to create shared revenue and genuine collaboration between like-minded businesses in the wedding and events industry. As a partner, you'll enjoy commission incentives for every client you refer who books with us, tiered bonuses to reward high conversions, and a featured spot in our hens party gift bags, distributed at live shows and life-drawing classes.
Let's bring brides an experience worth talking about, together.

Why Wedding Businesses Partner With 1-800 HOT COPS

Partnership programs only work when both sides come out ahead.
The 1-800 HOT COPS program is built around four reasons partners stay in it once they sign up.

Four reasons businesses partner with the 1-800 HOT COPS Affiliate Referral Program. First, the agency operates a comedy-first hens entertainment standard with a full performer roster across Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Perth, and regional Australia, meaning referrals you send are serviceable in your local market regardless of where your clients are. Second, the program runs automated booking attribution and commission tracking, with payouts triggered on confirmed bookings rather than waiting on invoice cycles or reconciliation. Third, the brand is genuinely building in this category with active social media presence, paid acquisition, and a growing referral footprint, which means the partner relationship is with a brand that's building, not coasting. Fourth, the program treats partners as professional collaborators rather than commodity affiliate IDs, with a single coordinator contact for every partner, real conversations about deal flow, and the ability to discuss bespoke commercial arrangements outside the standard structure for high-value relationships.

Pillar 1

Bookings Are Actually Serviceable

The single biggest reason hens partnership programs fail is the agency can't actually service the bookings the partner sends. Performers are based in one city, the booking comes from another, and the partner's referral becomes the partner's problem.

The 1-800 HOT COPS roster runs across Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Perth, and regional zones in VIC, NSW, QLD, and WA. Referrals from Byron Bay, Mornington Peninsula, Sunshine Coast or Geelong don't bounce. Bookings get serviced wherever your clients are.

Pillar 2

Automated Attribution & Payouts

Every partner gets a unique referral code. Bookings made using that code are automatically attributed, the commission is calculated on confirmed booking, and you receive an automated email confirming the booking and the commission earned. There's no monthly invoice cycle, no reconciliation paperwork, and no chasing the agency for payment.

For QR-code partners, the referral code is embedded in a partner-specific QR you display on cards or plaques at your counter. For online partners, it's a tracked link with attribution cookies. Both routes work the same way on the back end.

Unique Referral Code Auto-Attribution Automated Payouts

Pillar 3

A Brand Actually Building, Not Coasting

Most partnership programs in this industry get launched with a press release and then quietly die when the agency loses interest. 1-800 HOT COPS is in active brand-build mode: ongoing paid acquisition, weekly social content, content partnerships, regional expansion, and a growing performer roster.

For partners, that means the brand you're referring is gaining recognition over time, not fading. Your QR code, plaque, or affiliate link gets more valuable as our brand awareness grows. Partner referrals compound rather than depreciate.

Active Paid Acquisition Frequent Social Content Growing Roster

Pillar 4

A Real Human, Not An Affiliate Dashboard

Most affiliate programs are software-only relationships. You sign up, you get a dashboard, the brand never speaks to you again. The 1-800 HOT COPS program runs on a single coordinator contact for every partner, with real conversations about deal flow, regional opportunities, and bespoke commercial arrangements outside the standard structure for high-value relationships.

If you're a wedding venue with 200 hens bookings a year, we'll talk about a custom rate card. If you're a creator with a high-engagement audience, we'll talk about a content collaboration. Standard tier is a fair starting point, but it's not the only deal on offer.

How The Program Works

Who We Partner With

The program is structured around three partner types.
Each type has a slightly different referral mechanic, a different rhythm of deal flow, and a different relationship style.
Find the one that fits your business below before filling in the application form.

The 1-800 HOT COPS Affiliate Referral Program runs three distinct partner types. Type 1 is wedding venues and event planners. These partners typically have existing client pipelines of brides and bridal parties who need entertainment booked for hens nights, pre-wedding events, and post-ceremony nightcaps. Referral mechanic is a QR code or branded plaque displayed at the venue or in the planner's booking workflow. Deal flow is slow and steady, multiple referrals per month based on the partner's underlying booking volume. Relationship style is quarterly check-in with the booking coordinator. Type 2 is hens-adjacent businesses including party hire companies, costume shops, beauty and hair salons, photographers, hens activity venues, and life drawing studios. These partners typically interact with brides at the planning stage when entertainment decisions are still being made. Referral mechanic is QR cards displayed at point of sale or in client communication. Deal flow is variable, peaking during wedding season with quieter periods around Christmas and winter. Relationship style is transactional with periodic catch-ups. Type 3 is content creators and bridal influencers including wedding bloggers, Instagram creators, TikTok wedding planners, and bridal podcasters. Referral mechanic is a unique tracked link with attribution cookies, used in content posts, link-in-bio, and stories. Deal flow is spike-and-scale, content posts can drive 10 to 30 bookings in a 7-day window after a piece goes live. Relationship style is content collaboration plus quarterly performance review.

Partner Type 1

Wedding Venues + Event Planners

The highest-volume partner type. Wedding venues, event planning agencies, and hens party planning platforms have existing client pipelines of brides and bridal parties who need entertainment booked alongside everything else they're organising. Referrals slot naturally into the booking workflow.

The relationship is typically a slow, steady, repeated flow rather than a spike. A wedding venue with 200 weddings a year will refer between 20 and 60 hens parties annually, depending on how the venue staff position the offer to bridal parties. The relationship lasts as long as the partner stays in the wedding industry.

Partner Type 2

Hens-Adjacent Businesses

Businesses that already interact with brides at the planning stage when entertainment decisions are still being made. Costume shops, party hire companies, beauty and hair salons, hens activity venues, life drawing studios, photographers, and similar hens-economy businesses.

The referral happens at the point of sale or during the client conversation. A bride buying party supplies for the hens is also booking entertainment that same week. A boutique handling bridal makeup is in conversation with the bride's group during the planning. The QR card sits at the counter or on the receipt.

Partner Type 3

Content Creators + Bridal Influencers

Wedding bloggers, Instagram creators, TikTok wedding planners, bridal podcasters, and other content operators with engaged audiences of brides, bridesmaids, and wedding planners. The referral mechanic is a unique tracked link rather than a QR card, and the deal flow shape is different from the other two partner types.

Content drives spike-and-scale traffic. A single Instagram post or TikTok video can deliver 10 to 30 bookings in a 7-day window after a piece goes live. The relationship is a content collaboration first, an affiliate program second. Brand alignment is more important than referral volume targets.

FAQs From Bridal Vendors

The questions partners typically want answered before applying. If something here isn't covered, the booking coordinator picks them up on the partnership call after your application.

What Commission Rate Does The Program Pay?

Commission rates are discussed on the partnership call after your application is reviewed. The structure is built to scale with the partner type and the volume of referrals you're realistically positioned to drive. Wedding venues with high-volume client pipelines, hens-adjacent businesses with point-of-sale exposure, and creators with engaged audiences each operate on different baseline rates and bonus structures.

Standard tier rates start at a fair industry-comparable level and can scale upward through the tier mechanic described in the next FAQ. The booking coordinator walks through the specific numbers for your business type on the partnership call.

When Do I Get Paid?

Commissions are paid promptly after each referred booking is confirmed and the deposit has cleared. The agency runs payouts on a rolling basis rather than a monthly invoice cycle, so you don't wait 30 days for a confirmed-and-cleared booking to settle in your account.

Payment is made via bank transfer or PayID using the details you provide during onboarding. Each payment is accompanied by an automated email confirming the booking, the deposit, and the commission earned, so you have a paper trail for every payment.

How Are Bookings Attributed To Me?

Every partner gets a unique referral code. For QR-based partners (wedding venues, hens-adjacent businesses), the code is embedded in your branded partner kit (cards or plaque). When a bride scans the QR or calls the hens night hotline mentioning your business, the booking is automatically attributed to your code. For online and creator partners, the code is embedded in a tracked link with attribution cookies.

Attribution is locked at the time of deposit. Once the booking deposit is paid, the commission is calculated against your code and held in your partner account until payout.

What Happens If A Referred Booking Gets Cancelled Or Refunded?

If a referred booking is cancelled before deposit is paid, no commission is earned (the commission only triggers on confirmed deposit). If a booking is cancelled after deposit but before the event, refund handling follows the standard deposit mechanic on the pricing page. The agency keeps the deposit if the cancellation falls within 14 days of the event. In that case, your commission on the deposit remains paid.

If a booking is cancelled outside that window and the client receives a full deposit refund, the commission for that booking is reversed from your account on the next payout cycle. Bookings are very rarely cancelled outside the deposit-protection window, so reversals are uncommon.

Do I Need An ABN To Join The Program?

For business-to-business partnerships (wedding venues, planners, hens-adjacent businesses), yes. The agency pays commissions to a registered Australian Business Number, and your business handles its own GST registration and tax reporting. Most B2B partner applications come from already-registered businesses, so this is rarely a friction point.

For individual content creators and bridal influencers, an ABN is recommended but not strictly required for entry-level commission volumes. If your annual creator income is approaching ATO thresholds for ABN registration, you'll need to register before commissions exceed those thresholds. The booking coordinator walks through the setup on the partnership call.

Can I Promote 1-800 HOT COPS To My Existing Clients?

Yes, this is the primary partnership mechanic. The whole point of the program is to give your existing clients (and your incoming clients) an entertainment option you can confidently recommend, with attribution back to you. Wedding venues mention us in client onboarding packs. Hens-adjacent businesses display our QR cards at point of sale. Creators reference us in content where relevant.

The only constraint is that promotion stays in line with the brand voice. The agency is comedy-first and respect-the-craft, not aggressive or salesy. Partners who promote in line with that brand position get the highest conversion. Partners who go aggressive on promotion tend to underperform.

How Do Tiered Bonuses Actually Work?

Standard tier is the entry point. As your referral volume grows over time, you become eligible for higher commission rates and additional bonus structures. The tier mechanic is currently in active development, so specific thresholds and rates are discussed individually on the partnership call rather than published as a fixed structure.

What's locked in is the principle: long-tenure, high-volume partners get materially better commercial terms than the standard tier. The booking coordinator walks through what's currently available for your partner type on the partnership call.

What Does The Partner Kit Include?

The standard partner kit includes branded business cards with your unique referral QR code, a counter plaque if your business has a physical location appropriate for one, and digital assets you can use in client communications (logos, brand-aligned images, and copy snippets). For creator partners, the kit is mostly digital: tracked link, brand kit for content use, and a sizzle reel of recent footage if applicable.

The kit gets sent in the mail (or digitally for creator partners) within 7 to 10 business days of your partnership being approved. There's no charge to the partner for the kit.

Can I Run Social Media Or Paid Ads Using My Partner Link?

Organic social media using your partner link is welcomed. Posts, stories, reels, link-in-bio, podcast show notes, and similar earned-distribution channels are exactly where the program performs.

Paid ads using your partner link require pre-approval from the booking coordinator. This is partly to prevent ad-platform brand bidding conflicts (paid ads competing against the agency's own paid acquisition) and partly to ensure messaging alignment. Most legitimate paid promotion arrangements get approved on a case-by-case basis.

What Happens If A Referral Books Outside My City?

Commissions are tied to the partner code, not the partner's geographic location. If your QR code is scanned by a bride in Melbourne and she books for a hens party in Byron Bay, the commission still attributes to you. The agency services bookings across all five capital cities and regional zones in VIC, NSW, QLD, and WA.

For wedding venues in particular, this matters: brides booking your venue might be travelling from interstate, and the hens party they organise might happen in their home city rather than yours. The attribution model handles those cross-state referrals seamlessly.

How Do I Withdraw From The Program If I Want To Leave?

Email or call the booking coordinator at any time. There's no contracted minimum term, no exit fees, and no clawback on commissions already earned. Outstanding commissions on bookings already confirmed get paid on the next payout cycle, and your QR code is deactivated within 48 hours.

Existing partner kits, plaques, and printed materials with your QR are yours to keep, but referrals that come through after deactivation no longer attribute. Most partners who leave do so when their business changes direction (closing, pivoting, retiring), not because they're unhappy with the program.

Do You Have Any Partner Exclusivity Rules?

No. Partners can simultaneously partner with other entertainment agencies, hens planning platforms, or wedding service providers. The 1-800 HOT COPS program does not require category exclusivity, and no clause in the partnership prevents you from referring to other businesses alongside us.

That said, the partners who maximise their commission earnings are typically the ones who recommend a primary entertainment partner consistently rather than splitting referrals across multiple agencies. Consistency and brand alignment compound over time.

Apply To The Partnership Program

Before you fill it in, two things to know. The form needs a real business or creator account to assess fit, so use your business email and your brand-of-record social handles rather than a personal address. The optional collaboration ideas field is genuinely optional, but partners who use it tend to fast-track to the partnership call.
