Coastal weather is unpredictable and we know it. If you've booked a deck setup in Austinmer and the southerly comes through at 2pm, we move inside. We adapt to whatever space is available, even if it's the living room of a two-bedroom rental. The booking doesn't cancel for rain unless the venue becomes genuinely inaccessible (an exposed beach with no shelter, for example). For outdoor-only venues with no fallback space, we discuss contingency plans at the time of booking. Most Illawarra rentals have covered areas or indoor alternatives. It's rarely a problem.

Smaller groups (under six) tend to prefer the Pants-On package because the intimacy suits a more relaxed, service-focused vibe. Larger groups often go Apron-Only or the Double Waiter Package at $600 because the energy in the room supports it.

Yes. Themed requests are welcome. Sports gear, cop uniform, pirate, whatever fits the party theme. Let us know when you book and we'll confirm what's available. Anything genuinely outside our standard wardrobe options, we'll flag it and work with you. The default for Pants-On is fitted pants, bow tie, no shirt. The default for Apron-Only is a bow tie, cuffs and apron. Both are clean, presentable, and match the brief without looking like a costume gimmick.

Additional hours are $100 each per waiter, either package. If the group is having a great time and nobody wants him to leave, tell him before the original booking window ends. He'll confirm availability, you confirm payment (cash or transfer on the spot), and the shift extends. No need to call anyone. No paperwork. Most Wollongong extensions happen because the group pushed dinner reservations back by an hour and wants him to keep the pre-game going.
