The $100 deposit is non-refundable within 48 hours of the class. Beyond 48 hours, we'll reschedule to another date at no extra cost. If you need to cancel entirely more than 7 days out, we refund the deposit in full. Weather-related cancellations for outdoor setups are always rescheduled at no cost. We're flexible because the Illawarra weather can be unpredictable, especially along the coast between Bulli and Kiama. If you booked a Thirroul veranda session and a southerly change rolls through, we'll work with you to find a new date or move the class indoors.

Two to three weeks is ideal. Weekends fill fast on the south coast, especially during the warmer months when every Sydney hens group discovers that Wollongong is only an hour down the M1.
