Cancellations 2+ weeks out: full refund of your $100 deposit. 1-2 weeks out: deposit forfeited. Less than 1 week: full booking fee forfeited. Date changes more than 48 hours before the booking are free and easy. Venue changes within Toowoomba don't affect pricing. If you booked a Rangeville heritage home but switched to a Highfields acreage property because someone offered a better space, no problem. The policy is fair for both sides and clearly communicated at booking. No hidden terms, no fine-print surprises.
