These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the 1-800 HOT COPS website, booking services, and social media platforms. By engaging with our brand, booking a service, or using our website, you agree to the following:

Welcome to Melbourne’s Hens Night Hotline. Before you call in the boys in blue, here’s the fine print you need to know. By booking with 1-800 HOT COPS, you’re agreeing to these terms.

1. Who We Are

1-800 HOT COPS provides cheeky, adult-themed entertainment performed by independent male contractors dressed in novelty police attire. We roll into your private venue — homes, hotels, Airbnbs — and bring the fun, laughs, and a little harmless mischief.

2. Strictly 18+

  • All guests must be over 18.

  • Our performers/independent contractors may check ID.

  • If underage guests are present, we cannot proceed with the show.

3. Bookings & Payment

  • A non-refundable booking fee locks in your Hot Cop.

  • Balance is paid directly to the performer on the night.

  • Proof of deposit must be provided (screenshot or receipt).

  • Bookings are confirmed only once time, address, and contact details are finalised.

4. Performer Availability

  • Life happens — if your chosen officer can’t attend, we’ll send a replacement of equal calibre.

  • Substitutions are not grounds for a refund.

5. Code of Conduct — Respect the Badge 👮

Keep it fun, keep it respectful:

  • No touching without consent.

  • No aggressive, threatening, or creepy behaviour.

  • No photos or videos without permission.

  • If our officer feels unsafe or disrespected, he may leave immediately. No refunds will apply.

6. Event Setup

  • Provide a safe, clean, and private space for the show.

  • A separate room must be available for costume changes.

  • Winter shows outdoors? Heating required (don’t freeze the force).

  • If your guests are late, the officer’s shift still starts and ends at the booked time.

7. Cancellations & Changes

  • Booking fees are always non-refundable.

  • More than 48 hours’ notice: reschedules possible (subject to availability).

  • Less than 48 hours: deposit forfeited.

  • Less than 24 hours / unreachable / wrong address = full forfeiture.

  • If we cancel and no replacement can be provided, you’ll be refunded in full.

  • Natural disasters or pandemics: you may reschedule or request a refund of deposits.

8. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide a correct, accessible event address.

  • Be contactable on the day — if we can’t reach you, your booking may be cancelled with no refund.

  • Be upfront about event details (mixed crowds, type of party). False information = Performer reserves the right to deny the provision of their service.

9. Complaints

  • Not happy? Let us know immediately on arrival before the service begins.

  • Complaints made after 24 hours cannot be processed, as entertainers are subcontractors.

10. Liability

  • Performers are independent contractors; 1-800 HOT COPS PTY LTD. is the booking agent.

  • We are not liable for accidents, damages, or incidents during your event.

  • If a performer is assaulted, threatened, or property is damaged, police involvement may occur and client details may be shared.

11. Intellectual Property

Our name, logo, tagline, imagery, and trailer are trademarked and protected. Don’t steal them unless you want the full force of the law (or at least our lawyers).

12. Privacy Policy

We only collect what we need:

  • Name, phone, email, event details, communication records.
    We use this to:

  • Confirm bookings, coordinate with performers, improve service.
    We don’t sell your data. Limited details are shared securely with your assigned officer.
    You can request access, corrections, or deletion of your data by emailing info@1800hotcops.com.

13. Booking Disclaimer

By booking, you acknowledge:

  • You are over 18 years of age.

  • You understand that our performers are independent contractors providing adult-themed entertainment.

  • You will provide a private, safe, and respectful space for the performance.

  • You understand that performer substitutions may occur when required.

  • You acknowledge that initial deposits are non-refundable.

  • You understand the nature of the entertainment booked and accept full responsibility for ensuring compliance with local laws and property rules.

  • You agree not to pressure, harass, or attempt to negotiate additional acts or nudity beyond what has been agreed.
